SHORT-TERM PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP ABROAD (PhD student)
– Doctoral candidate application form (download)
File to provide :
– Welcome letter from the host institution (for non-salaried doctoral students)
– Registration for the current year (≥ 2nd , ≤ 06th (classic), ≤05th (LMD).
– Certificate of work or Certificate of non-affiliation to CNAS/CASNOS, except as a « Student »
– Order of appointment.
– Copy of the 1st page of the passport.
– Authorization of absence approved by the dean. (dowload)
– Minutes of the Scientific Council.
Training ( self-employed doctoral students and teacher-researchers regularly enrolled in doctoral thesis)
- A work project signed by the applicant, approved by the thesis director, defining the objectives, methodology and expected impacts. To specify the host institution (Laboratory), the duration of the stay and the period of the advanced mobility. (download).
Participation in international scientific events classified and indexed in international databases and which deal with themes responding to the major current challenges (Art.7 of the decree 1349):

Short-term refresher course abroad for the benefit of ATS
- Internship form ATS (download).

– This application form.
– Work certificate.
– Order of appointment.
– University diploma.
– Copy of the 1st page of the passport.
-Entry visa to the host country.
Important :
The duration of the course is 07-15 days for teachers (depending on the availability of financial means)
The duration of the course is 15-30 days for doctoral students (depending on the availability of financial means)
