The LMD Doctorate Re-registration File (2nd registration until the 5th registration<\/span>), it must be composed of the following documents:<\/span><\/p>

1- Registration\/re-registration form (Download<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>)<\/p>

2- State of progress approved by the thesis director (and the thesis co-director if applicable) (Download<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span>)<\/p>

3- Copy of the school certificate of the previous year.<\/p>

4- Request for exemption from registration (Doctorate LMD more than 4 years<\/span>); (science doctorate more than 5 years<\/span>) (Download<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>)<\/p>

5- Declaration on honor of affiliation to the UMBB (Download<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>)<\/p>

6- Doctoral thesis subject report form to the National Portal for thesis subject reporting (PNST<\/a><\/strong><\/span>)<\/p>

7- In the event of a change of supervisor or thesis subject, please complete this form (Download<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>)<\/p>

Reminder:<\/strong><\/span>
Doctoral students are required to respect the following rules:
– Enter the title of the thesis in the CERIST database. This database is called PNST. Entering the title is a mandatory step for registration.<\/span>
– Any request for a change of title and\/or thesis director must be justified and approved by the scientific bodies of the faculty (CSD; CSF).<\/span>
– No regulatory provision allows for the freezing of a registration, the applicant must respect the number of registrations as set by the texts.<\/span>
